Technical Recruiter

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates

Develop and adjust sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings

Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Proven success in a remote work environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS and job boards
