A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing initiatives and develop category strategies in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Procurement
Drive negotiations with suppliers and manage the contract lifecycle
Monitor market trends and supplier landscapes while tracking sourcing KPIs and savings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of sourcing / procurement experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing direct and indirect spend categories
Familiarity with procurement systems and data analytics tools
Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, EMA) preferred
