Half-Time w / Benefits OR Contingent!

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Review request for occupational therapy and physicians’ orders.
• Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy.
• Select rehabilitative and therapeutic activities and exercises based on medical and social history of clients.
• Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician
• Recommend modifications and changes in the client’s therapy treatment as indicated.
• Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the client’s response to the care.

Qualifications
