Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a ServiceNow SME to support work with a Health client remotely. The ServiceNow SME will configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, or access permissions and perform platform-level administration activities, for ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance and is contingent upon award. - Serve as a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Specialist, responsible for analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program.
- This role supports knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
- Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
- Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
- Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements :
- 4 years of related work experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required. An associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma / GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.
