Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a ServiceNow SME to support work with a Health client remotely. The ServiceNow SME will configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, or access permissions and perform platform-level administration activities, for ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance and is contingent upon award. • Serve as a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Specialist, responsible for analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program.
• This role supports knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
• Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
• Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
• Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements :
• 4 years of related work experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. An associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma / GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
