Policy Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of personal lines insurance policies, from issuance to renewals. Requoting, rewriting.

Claims Assistance : Provide support and guidance to clients during the claims process, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to current clients to enhance their coverage.

Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and policy details are accurately documented in the system.

Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide the best advice to clients.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and resources, ensuring the overall success of the team.
