Product Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities : Identify opportunities within target markets to support product enhancements and new product development Support cross-functional initiatives involving various departments such as sales, marketing, and IT Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through implementation, ensuring milestones are met Required Qualifications : 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage market Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities Ability to influence decisions and build consensus across levels and functions Proven ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
