About the Role

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is searching for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our therapy team. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with patients to improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life in our dedicated 176-bed skilled nursing facility.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position located in Littleton, CO, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do as a Licensed Physical Therapist

• Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents.
• Guide patients through specialized exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength.
• Track and document patient progress to inform ongoing care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy objectives and home exercise routines.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment for all patients.
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development to stay current in the field.
