Job Overview
A Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with our most valuable clients while also becoming a valued coach to Account Managers. Sr. Account Managers also must continuously learn and stay current with digital marketing trends and technology updates to help the team be successful.

Responsibilities and Duties
Work with the Director of Client Success to help develop strategies for client retention.Lead the digital marketing strategy for your client portfolioBuild strong client report through timely communicationEducate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practicesIdentify opportunities for additional products / services, articulate their value, and expand existing relationships with clientsCollaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative designers to achieve client business goalsPlan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with clients, team members and stakeholdersSynthesize data to understand campaign resultsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of previous account management experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or agency experienceUnderstand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successfulConfident communicator : able to effectively present using email, phone, and video conferencingEmotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growthEffective time management with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize a large portfolio of clientsStrong computer skills and confidence in learning new apps and platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills : a listener, and presenterA positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitudeEducation :
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
