The Role :

We're seeking a hands-on, adaptable Live Ops Delivery Manager to support a fast-moving specialist team, ensuring the seamless and high-quality delivery of live content to a global audience through a first-of-its-kind immersive media platform. This role blends technical understanding of video streaming with strong operational oversight, project management, and real-time incident coordination to maintain reliability at scale.

As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Delivery Lead and you will work cross-functionally with the Backend Technical Lead, Backend Delivery Manager, Head of Tech, Head of Product and Head of Operations, to ensure alignment, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive operational and delivery excellence across all live workflows.
