About the Role

As a Level 1 Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll create intuitive user experiences for our B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems for sales and marketing professionals while embracing emerging technologies, including AI-driven design solutions.

What You'll Do :

  • Design user-centered experiences for ZoomInfo's suite of go-to-market tools
  • Create clear and effective data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product teams to explore AI-enhanced user interfaces and workflows
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Participate in user research to validate design decisions
  • Contribute to our design system evolution
  • Stay current with UX / UI design trends and emerging AI design patterns

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in UX / UI design
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Forward-thinking mindset toward AI applications in design
  • Portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing for data-driven products
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or platforms
  • Understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences
  • Experience designing dashboard interfaces
  • Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies
