Salary Range : $300,000$310,000 per year

Job Summary : We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to guide a pediatric team dedicated to advancing health equity for children and families in Oakland, CA. Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will shape clinical strategy, champion culturally concordant care, and support providers in delivering excellent outcomes for underserved communities.

Core Duties :

• Recruit, develop, and retain pediatric providers and staff
• Set and monitor clinical standards, protocols, and performance goals
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across disciplines and with community partners
• Use health data to refine care, close gaps, and improve outcomes
