A small, highly reputable and tight-knit real estate firm in Austin is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Specialist to support the growth and daily operations of a fast-moving, high-performing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-office environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for real estate, marketing, and leadership. You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure smooth office operations, maintain accountability across agents, and help drive production through structured communication and follow-up. This is a pivotal role where initiative, quick thinking, and professionalism are valued above all. Ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and looking to get their "shoe in"!

This is a base + commission position!!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Support a team of real estate agents by providing guidance, structure, and accountability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for agents as needed.
• Assist agents with building databases, securing new listings, and expanding their client network.
• Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Track production metrics, support compliance and data accuracy, and coordinate office activities.
