Position Summary The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) plays a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative care. This nurse develops, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans while acting as a patient advocate throughout the surgical experience. The OR RN provides education to patients and families, ensures proper use of equipment and technology, and maintains clinical competence in surgical nursing procedures.
