We are hiring Cashiers, Court Monitors and Party Hosts for our new park down the street from Woodfield Mall.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety Monitoring : Supervise guests while they are using attractions to ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
• Guest Assistance : Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Assist in keeping attractions and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adherence to Protocols : Follow instructions and protocols established by management to maintain consistency and quality in guest experiences.
• Flexibility and Adaptability : Demonstrate a readiness to adjust tasks and strategies as necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
