Policy Sales : Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of various insurance products.
Application Processing : Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for insurance applications and claims.
Customer Support : Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Bilingual Communication : Utilize bilingual skills to cater to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive personalized and comprehensive support.
Knowledge Continuous Update : Stay informed about new insurance products and changes in the market to keep clients advised.
Requirements
Licensing : Active California Property & Casualty License is required. Bilingual in Spanish / English is essential.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly favored.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
