Job Description :

We're committed to providing our clients with outstanding customer service and support. We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities include servicing client accounts, answering questions, and providing personalized insurance solutions. You must be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others.

No insurance experience? No problem!

Are you a patient, results-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the insurance industry? We will provide the necessary training and support to develop a strong understanding of insurance products and policies. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years in customer service, such as luxury retail sales, hospitality, or business support services (telephone call centers, business service centers, collection agencies), and banking. You will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work well in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Unlicensed Entry-level position : $29,120 per year ($14 per hour) to start. A wage increase to $39,520 per year ($19 per hour) once milestones have been met within the first 90 days of employment. Plus bonuses for each scheduled Life Insurance appointment and commission and bonus opportunities. We offer the opportunity for you to study for your Property and Casualty License while working. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
