LOCATION : Mesa AZ

PAY RATE : $66 / hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type : Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance : U.S. Secret Clearance required; U.S. citizenship mandatory

Qualifying Questions :

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary :

Review CAD models and technical documentation to identify and correct errors.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards (ISO NAAMS ASME Y14.5) and company specifications.

Verify dimensional accuracy GD&T angles radii and other critical features.

Validate and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams as needed.

Requirements :

U.S. Secret Clearance required

Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science.

5 years relevant experience (Bachelors) 3 years (Masters) or relevant PhD experience.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks AutoCAD CATIA NX Creo).

Strong knowledge of GD&T blueprint interpretation and quality assurance processes.

Familiarity with industry standards and manufacturing regulations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred :

Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
