Executive Assistant

Blue Cross of Idaho is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer. This position is located in Meridian Idaho and will work onsite.

To be considered for this position, you have the following :

  • Experience : Six years of administrative support for executive level positions.
  • Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Two years work experience is equivalent to one year of college).

Individuals most successful in this position will have :

  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, general office procedures, and professional communication.
  • Knowledge and experience working within the healthcare industry and / or supporting senior executive functions.
  • Ability to cultivate rapport and productive working relationships with business partners throughout the organization.
  • In this role, we will ask you to :

  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, coordinate logistics for all meetings, travel, and events, both internal and external, participate in meetings as needed, taking minutes and assisting with action items.
  • Exercise significant discretion and confidentiality when handling executive administrative matters. Represent the company and executives in a positive light by exercising great follow-through skills and good judgment.
  • Lead, drive and carry out results for various team events, socials, and offsite meetings across departments.
  • Coordinate budget & forecast information. Prepare, validate and process expense reports. Manage and monitor purchasing.
  • Produce high level, professional presentations and documents for supported executive(s). Prepare reports and presentations, agendas, special projects, financial documents, and other related documentation in support of executives key business objectives.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel, process expense reports and assist with management of budget for travel and events.
  • Screen incoming executive communication and handle very confidential information as requested. Research and gather information and respond to non-routine inquiries.
  • Write drafts and prepare correspondence for various internal communications that require leadership response. May assist preparing and managing presentations and decks.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects, lead assigned projects or tasks, and prepares complex reports as requested by executives.
  • Collaboratively provide backup support for others in the department and help the team work efficiently together.
  • Serve as a liaison with building management on workspace.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $71,708 to $100,391. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
