Your Opportunity :

Venture Solutions, a Taylor Company, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Your Shift :

Monday - Friday, 2 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements
• Review and compare documentation, tickets, and validation paperwork against production standards
• Visually inspect printed materials for correct components, folding, sealing, color quality, IMB placement, and proper postage
• Identify and document any defects or discrepancies, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or account manager
• Verify re-serviced jobs, confirm counts, and ensure all materials are complete and properly processed
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality control documentation
• Support daily quality audits across production and product services areas
• Adhere to all FISMA security requirements when handling PCI and federal mail within the secure boundary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-18. The actual base rate offered depends on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses held, and the location from which the applicant will perform the job. The range listed is one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
