Sales Support Specialist

You'll collaborate with top manufacturing partners to tackle complex HVAC issues, ensuring our customers receive expert solutions. From drafting property bids to processing orders and making outbound calls, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and innovative designs.

What You'll Do

• Design & Bid Work : Create and refine property bids that meet customer needs.
• Customer Engagement : Communicate via phone and outbound calls to discuss design specifications.
• Problem-Solving : Partner with manufacturing firms to resolve technical HVAC challenges.
• Order Management : Write and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaboration : Work closely with multiple manufacturers to ensure seamless solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
