A company is looking for an HR Business Partner / Generalist II - (Employee Relations - Accommodation Business Partner).
Key Responsibilities
Consult with Employee Relations and management on issues related to leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations
Manage a high volume of accommodation and leave cases, ensuring data integrity and identifying trends for process improvement
Support or lead Employee Relations projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent job experience
3+ years of experience in managing accommodation requests and employee relations
Deep understanding of U.S. Leave laws and ADA / ADAAA regulations
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Project management experience preferred
