About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can design, write, and execute compelling content across multiple digital channels. You'll play a key role in developing eye-catching visuals, engaging copy, and strategic content marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity, design skills, and strategic thinking, making it perfect for a well-rounded content professional.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation : Develop and execute high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.

Graphic Design : Design branded assets, marketing materials, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other design tools.

Copywriting : Write compelling website copy, blog posts, email content, and ad copy to support digital marketing initiatives.

Social Media Management : Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Content Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, campaign materials, and audience engagement strategies.

Video & Multimedia Production : Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing use.

Brand Consistency : Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

SEO & Analytics : Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Creative Content Specialist, Content Designer, or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing design, copywriting, and content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) or other design tools.

Proficiency in Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).

Strong copywriting and content writing skills with experience in marketing, branding, or social media.

Knowledge of social media best practices, platform trends, and content marketing strategies.

Photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Basic SEO knowledge for digital and social content is a plus.
