Key Responsibilities :

• Handle 20–30 inbound and outbound patient calls daily regarding outstanding balances
• Review and analyze self-pay billing statements and bad debt accounts
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce bad debt and support patients in resolving balances
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
