Position Overview :

This role is responsible for supporting organizational outreach efforts and helping increase awareness of our mission and services through hands-on participation in events and community-driven activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Attend and represent the organization at community events, school visits, educational fairs, and youth programs as scheduled by the Community Outreach Manager
• Assist with all aspects of events including setup and breakdown, preparing materials needed, signage, and post-event tasks
• Support youth education and seasonal camps, to engage children and ensure smooth activities
• Tour new partners, visitors, and community groups, introducing them to our programs, facilities, and mission
• Maintain a welcoming and informative presence during public interactions, representative of the organization’s values
• Program supply inventory control
• Help implement community engagement initiatives
• Demonstrate and uphold the standards outlined in the HHS Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform other duties as reasonably required or assigned

Supervision Received :

Work under the general direction of the Community Outreach Manager. Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
