Job Description

Oversee trading and brokerage operations, including clearing, settlement, and margin processes. Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues related to account life-cycle, order flow, and P&L. Maintain accurate books and records, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Perform reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational work-flows and system performance. Ensure smooth execution of risk management procedures within the trading environment. Provide ongoing support for operational tools and technologies. Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Operations Specialist should have :

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Familiarity with reconciliations and maintaining accurate books and records.

• Experience in the technology or telecoms industry is a plus.
