The Director, Learning Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide learning initiatives and aligning them with the organization's long-term business objectives. This role partners with senior leadership and key stakeholders to design and deliver innovative, high-impact learning strategies and programs that foster talent development, support organizational transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is integral to shaping a culture of continuous learning, embedding change management practices, and advancing organizational design to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. The director ensures the seamless integration of learning strategies with business priorities, manages resources effectively, and delivers sustainable outcomes through both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

• Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning learning strategies with business goals and talent priorities.
• Builds deep relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to proactively address talent gaps and future needs.
• Embeds within client groups to anticipate business challenges and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Champions learning initiatives at the executive level to gain alignment and sponsorship.
• Partners with leadership to integrate learning into organizational strategy and culture.
• Finds and adopts technology solutions that automate and drives learning retention.
