Summary : Seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst to support the People & Culture team in data analysis, reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing or completed BS / MA Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Career focus on Human Resources with emphasis on Data Analysis
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills :

  • Passionate about employee experience and data-driven decision-making
  • Highly organized with excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities
  • Responsibilities :

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR datasets like employee records and engagement surveys
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, DEI, and employee experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Support reporting for Time & Attendance and vacation tracking
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations for presentations and internal communications
  • Pay Details : $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
