Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 Pay Rate : $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required. Patients per day : 21 Practice Setting : Outpatient Clinic Scope : Standard Primary Care State Licensure : California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) Responsibility for Mid-Levels : Yes Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days or less Facility Location Featuring a pleasant climate all year long, the city of Fremont is a great place to enjoy the traditional California lifestyle while still maintaining the sense of a close-knit community.
