Key Responsibilities
Assist members with inquiries regarding their medical and dental packages
Engage in a structured training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
Work in a fast-paced environment, primarily handling member calls and supporting their needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
Must be located in the Eastern Standard time zone
