About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support our fast-moving Sales and GTM teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to break into tech or SaaS operations, with hands-on training in HubSpot CRM, sales processes, and GTM tooling . You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to keep our systems clean, our data accurate, and our pipeline running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Assist with CRM data entry, hygiene, and maintenance within HubSpot
- Create and update contacts, deals, and accounts to reflect real-time sales activity
- Help enforce sales process consistency by managing workflows and pipelines
- Pull reports and dashboards to support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting
- Set up and monitor sales automation tools, sequences, and templates
- Coordinate with AEs and BDRs to ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up
- Assist with onboarding new sales reps into HubSpot and related tool
- Flag and resolve data quality issues and duplicate records
- Support ad-hoc sales ops projects and process improvements
