Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview :

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to deliver high-quality virtual instruction to students with disabilities across Alaska. This fully virtual position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students educational progress.

Primary Responsibilities :

Provide 100% virtual instruction in a flexible online setting

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs

Offer personalized support to students with disabilities

Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and school staff to promote student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and performance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

Valid Alaska Special Education Teaching License

Experience working with students with disabilities in either traditional or virtual settings
