Remote LPN Health Information Specialist

A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist to work remotely in the healthcare field. Key Responsibilities Manage and document adverse events and product safety inquiries reported by consumers and healthcare professionals Triage cases and provide health, safety, and technical product information Escalate cases to trained medical professionals as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Current LPN / LVN, EMT, Paramedic, CMA / RMA, or CPhT certification 1+ years of recent work experience in a relevant role 1+ years of customer service experience preferred Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Commitment to 5.2 weeks of full-time, paid remote training
