We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and enhance client relations.
As a Sales Administrator , you will work closely with our solutions team to manage client accounts, coordinate travel logistics, and streamline communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires regular travel to client sites and industry events to ensure the seamless execution of sales processes.
The role also requires support of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the solutions team with client outreach, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and on-site logistics.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client information within our CRM system (Hubspot)
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Manage communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Participate in site visits, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Contribute to market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the administration team with administrative tasks.

Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in the tech or infrastructure industry.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be a motivated self-starter.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Paylocity, and Sage Intacct.Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%).Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
