5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex systems

Hands-on experience with large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs

Skilled in system startup and commissioning

Based in the Los Angeles area with a steady work history

About the Role

We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair advanced mechanical systems for commercial clients. This position is ideal for experienced technicians who can work independently, solve complex problems, and ensure systems perform at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair large-tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs

Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency service calls

Assist with startup and commissioning of new HVAC systems

Communicate clearly with clients about system issues and solutions

Maintain accurate reports and service documentation

Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications

Nice-to-Haves

Factory training or OEM certifications

EPA Universal and OSHA 10 / 30 certifications

Familiarity with digital tools and service software
