Your Role : Analyze, Report, and Improve

Turning maritime operations data into strategic insight and measurable value.

• Data & Reporting - Audit, interpret, and analyze complex operational and financial data from multiple systems to deliver accurate reporting and performance metrics.
• Business Analysis - Identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement; provide recommendations that support divisional and enterprise goals.
• Financial Oversight - Manage vessel and terminal billing, flash reporting, and budget preparation; analyze variances to forecasts and budgets.
• Customer Relations - Partner with commercial customers, Union OCU, and internal teams to produce accurate billing, invoices, and customer-facing reports.
• Performance Monitoring - Develop and track KPIs, divisional volume estimates, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and cost control.
• Process Improvement - Recommend analytical tools and reporting methods to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and operational performance across the division.
• Collaboration - Work closely with senior management, operations, finance, and customers to align analysis with business objectives and service standards.

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role : Wilmington, CA. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 2 : $90,000 - $115,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate / individual performance goal attainment.
