Bemana is looking for a Technical Application Engineer for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.

This role bridges the gap between our product development team and customer requirements, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales efforts. You will be the technical expert for electric motor integration, helping customers design, select, and implement the right motor solutions for their applications.

Position offers :

Pay : $100k-$120k. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Travel with sales team to help quote new motor sales.

Work directly with customers to understand application requirements and translate them into motor specifications.

Provide technical support during pre-sales, including product selection, system integration, and customization.

Collaborate with R&D, product management, and sales to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.

Respond to customer inquiry’s with a sense of urgency and an understanding of the customer’s situation and need.

Work Experience :

3+ years of experience in application engineering, product development, or technical support – preferably in electric motors or related fields.

Experience quoting work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

High Level, Proven Customer Service Skills

Ability to listen carefully to our customer’s request and tailor an offering to meet their needs

Ability to achieve sales goals
