POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Security & Compliance Analyst ensures that the PoC adheres to state and federal security mandates. This role conducts gap assessments against NIST 800-53, Florida Rule 60GG-2, HIPAA, FERPA, and CIJS requirements. Responsibilities include managing FDLE Level II screening, maintaining audit trails, enforcing least-privilege access, and conducting vulnerability scans. Using CMMI-3 Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA), the Analyst ensures compliance evidence is documented and verifiable. Within SAFe Agile, this role works in alignment with DevSecOps practices to embed security throughout the lifecycle.
