Client Education Specialist

A company is looking for a Client Education Specialist to design and develop learning experiences that enhance client success.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with subject matter experts to design intuitive learning experiences

Develop multimedia content optimized for adult learners

Administer and organize content within the learning management system (LMS)

Key Requirements :

4-7+ years of experience in instructional design or customer education in SaaS or healthcare technology

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices

Proven experience creating multimedia training materials using tools like Articulate or Camtasia

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and clinical teams

Experience designing client education programs for healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
