Salary : $56,036 - $86,851 / year

Job Duties :

• Responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and work direction to facilities management employees at the Community Justice Building, Criminal Justice Center and Detention Facility.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and facilities, is given general assignments, allowed operating discretion, and is on call 24 hours to respond to building emergencies.
