Job Responsibilities

• Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy approaches to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrative care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress at home.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment : Keep track of clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that patients remain on their recovery path.
