Job Description Certification :

Sonographers (medical instrument technicians) must hold an RDMS certificate (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (in abdomen, breast and / or obstetrics & gynecology depending on the services provided).

American Heart Association BLS / CPR

Qualifications :

• The Contractor is expected to provide experienced technologists, that have a minimum of three years of experience in exams performed.

Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30-1600

Job Description :

A Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Certificate in abdomen, OB / GYN, and / or breast) depending on the services provided.

Experience performing ultrasound studies which include, but not limited to : Abdomen and retroperitoneum, small parts, gynecology, male pelvis, obstetrics, vascular imaging

Experience performing vascular studies which include, but not limited to : Upper and lower extremity venous, Carotid, ankle brachial index (ABI) / Segmental Pressures, Aorta, Renal Artery, Lower Extremity Arterial, including stents and bypasses.

Phillips EPIQ 7 or EPIQ 5 experience preferred

Knowledge of digital Imaging and PACS.

The number of cases expected per day : 8-15
