The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meets reporting obligations.

What you’ll do

• Be a key business partner to Business teams, driving actionable insights / analytics that achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support decision‑making processes and provide insights that translate into recommendations.
• Work with other Finance and Accounting teams to develop forecasting and reporting, driving actionable insights for key leaders.
• Partner with Business teams to enhance visibility into operations, improve reporting fidelity, recommend investment decisions, and deliver value.
• Build financial models to optimize investments and support forecasts for the business areas you support.
• Develop and streamline FP&A processes to mitigate risk and uncover value.
• Create analysis tools to track business results for Finance leadership.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone that determines the salary range for the position. The starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : $130,000–$196,000 annually.

Zone B : $124,000–$186,000 annually.

Zone C : $111,000–$167,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
