Senior Process Design Engineer - Chemical - Westport, CT

Job Description

The Senior Process Design Engineer will be responsible for :

• Designing and developing efficient manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and output.
• Analyzing production workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of process designs and changes.
• Training and supporting production teams on new processes and technologies.
• Monitoring process performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
