Sr. Product Manager, Brain Health

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead a new product experience focused on pain neuroscience. As a PM you will focus on building an experience that includes knowledge about how pain works, mindset strategies to help members move with greater confidence and safety, and skill building for daily life. You will own the strategic vision and execution of your product area, drive growth, and positively impact user engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• When faced with two competing feature ideas, you can accurately predict which one will be better for customers.
• When faced with a scope call, you can find the right balance between shipping value sooner by building less, but still solving the customer problem.
• When faced with different design solutions, you can pick the solution that customers will more easily understand and be able to adopt and use.
• You understand how all the features in a product are connected together, and you can predict which workflows and paths your customers will take, and how design changes will impact those paths.

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. The annual salary range is $180,000 - $270,000. Total compensation varies by qualifications, skill level, competencies, and location.
