Job Description

Join our client's team as an Avionics Technician in Kansas City, Missouri, offering a competitive hourly rate with the highest non-taxable per diem in the market, including overtime opportunities. They are seeking individuals with a minimum of three years of Commercial MRO experience, proficient in aircraft models like 737, 767, and Airbus. This is a contractor position with a start date available immediately.

Responsibilities :

Interpret engineering documents and schematics accurately
Conduct troubleshooting and Ops Checks efficiently
Perform tasks with minimal supervision following maintenance practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements per FAR 65
Communicate effectively with team members on job-related matters

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent; Airframe and / or Powerplant License preferred

Completion of an apprenticeship program or two years of related commercial / military aircraft experience

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments

Proficiency in avionics maintenance tasks and aircraft specialties

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
