Caregiver Responsibilities :

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) with sensitivity to cognitive challenges

Support daily routines : meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders

Offer consistent companionship and emotional support, especially for those with dementia or memory loss

Assist with mobility and ensure a safe physical environment

Help manage behavioral changes with patience and professionalism

Maintain detailed, accurate care notes and communicate changes to the care team

What We’re Looking For :

Prior experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s

Strong communication and observation skills

Compassionate, patient, and calm under pressure

A respectful and professional approach to senior care

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening

Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility settings)

Familiarity with dementia behaviors, redirection techniques, and memory care best practices
