Job Description
The Department of Language, Literature, and Arts is seeking a part-time adjunct faculty at the San Antonio campus. The successful candidate will teach one or more courses in community arts and arts administration. There may be the opportunity to teach core Art, Music, or English classes. Summer teaching assignments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Salary : $ / course
Required Education and Experience :
Master’s Degree in Art, Music, Dance, Theater, or a related field, from a regionally accredited institution.
18 graduate hours in Art, Music, Dance, Theater or similar field.
Preferred Education and Experience :
College or University teaching experience.
Experience with hands-on teaching techniques.
Familiarity with the needs of a non-traditional, first-generation, multicultural student body.
Completed M.F.A.
