We are currently hiring Master Estheticians for our Richmond and Short Pump locations.

At Scents of Serenity, we specialize in curated, results-driven skincare treatments using luxury organic products-and we proudly feature the Eminence Organic Skincare line, the #1 certified organic skincare line in the world. Our approach blends clean beauty, clinical results, and elevated guest care in a serene, resort-style environment.

We're also owned by a Master Esthetician, which means we understand your work from the inside out. While our founder no longer practices in the treatment room, she brings deep knowledge, respect, and support to our esthetics team.

What You'll Do :

• Perform elevated organic facials using Eminence Organic Skincare
• Customize treatments for visible, lasting results-acne, anti-aging, sensitive skin & more
• Offer an organic twist on advanced services like HydraFacials, peels, dermaplaning, and LED
• Educate guests on holistic skincare and long-term skin health
• Provide five-star service in a calm, beautiful environment
