The F / A-18 & Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Boeing Captains Of Industry (BCOI) Estimating & Pricing team is seeking an Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 2 and Level 3 Specialists to find the best fit for the position. This specialist will be responsible for the development of labor and / or material estimates and cost / price proposals for new business activities. This assignment will primarily support the DLA BCOI platform but could also provide support to the F / A-18 Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) or Boeing Global Services (BGS) proposal teams and a variety of internal and external customers.

Position Responsibilities :

• Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program
• Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices
• Evaluates requests for proposals, substantiates estimates / pricing and assembles price proposals
• Develops estimating and pricing methods
• Performs analysis and provides recommendations in support of pricing / estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
• Develops and maintains pricing models
• Develops / applies / maintains rates and factors for estimating pricing and proposals
• Performs compliance activities including providing compliant cost volumes

Summary Pay Range (Associate, Level 2) : $78,300 - $95,700

Summary Pay Range (Experienced, Level 3) : $ 96,300 - $117,700
