Sr. Project Manager / Technical Lead, Rail

GFT is seeking a Sr. Project Manager / Technical Lead - Rail to join our Practice or CBG Team in our Kansas City, MO or Omaha, NE office ! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Kansas City or Omaha  office.

What you’ll be challenged to do :

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Managing contracts, budget, schedule, client communications, and project delivery.
• Internal team organization and communication for project delivery, sharing knowledge, mentoring, and supporting career growth of team members.
• Working with internal team members across offices (including project partners within OM and KC offices, could also be OK / Berkeley office, Chicago office, Atlanta office, Boston office for civil- structural-rail, arch team partners; and with KC / PNW offices / Ebensburg for MEP partners)
• Client relationships, sharing information with Client Service Teams and groups on upcoming project intel, client needs, support team in pursuits when needed.
• Participation in internal knowledge base sharing via Practice Communities, proactively identifying and working with colleagues on efficiency of delivery, quality of delivery.

What you will bring to our firm :

Compensation : The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Featured Benefits :

Salary Range :   $120,000 - $185,000

Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
